HaxLi Posted April 11, 2010 Author Posted April 11, 2010 Is it possible to merge unneded Faces? Tere are only Split/add/refine and found none to merge/delete faces from mesh :] Quote
kencaz Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 I think you would have been better off using solids for your chair. I did this is a couple of minutes and it's much easier to work with. KC Quote
HaxLi Posted April 12, 2010 Author Posted April 12, 2010 yep, indeed, and it's better understandable for CAD. Got some crashes when tried to use selection plane. Sometimes I don't like that flat look when I use solids, so just experimented with poorly supported mesh in AutoCAD ;] Thanks for advice Quote
JD Mather Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 .. so just experimented with poorly supported mesh in AutoCAD There are two or three classes here http://au.autodesk.com also you might check out Alias Editor for Inventor if you get serious about freeform solid modeling Quote
