Hi all, sorry if this question has been posted before, but i adjusted my grid to a 30 degree angle so all of the dots are diagonal, i tried to revert by typing "grid" in the command prompt, but the aspect option is gone, this is what i get;

Command: grid

Specify grid spacing(X) or [ON/OFF/Snap/Major/aDaptive/Limits/Follow] :

aspect

Requires a distance, numberX, or option keyword.

while i kinda know that typing in aspect wouldn't be much help considering it isn't in the list of options, i didn't understand the response error it gave me, asking me for distance, numebrx, or option keyword, can anyone tell me how to revert or adjust that please? i'd greatly appreciate any help.

I wouldn't mind so much, except this is for a class, and i can't draw vertical lines anymore. thanks in advance! 8)

Right click on the grid toggle button, located at the bottom left. This will open a menu. Select settings> rectangular set the grid spacing and snap distance. Select ok.

The other option is for isometric snap.

I am not sure what you mean by rotation angle.

Did you change the UCS?

see how the grid is at an angle, and even the crosshair? i must have missed something, because i don't think it explains how to backtrack to + and not x

It looks like the Ucs was unchanged.

Do you have objects drawn on this drawing?

Don't worry we all go through these moments.

You also just taught me something new today.

Good luck with the class.
