Penfold Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 Hello All, I have drawings that come in in PDF form, sometimes there may be up to 50 drawings, is it possible to send these all to the printer at once as opposed to opening each drawing and printing from there? Quote
Dana W Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 If they are all separate files, a simple suggestion is to group Select all the pdf's in your Windows Folder View, and then right click, and click Print from the drop down menu. There is no need to open each file (or even one) to print, assuming you have reviewed them all. I always save all my incoming pdf email attachments to a folder named for the drawing set. Then I can print them in the manner above. I still have to collate them myself though. Windows can't sort by page number unless it is part of the file name. Once, I had convinced a client to publish a 10 page drawing in an AutoCAD Sheet Set to a pdf file, but the resulting file was so huge (123 mb) his email had an intestinal problem:shock: with it. If you have adobe document creation software, you could import or copy each page into a single document. Quote
architecture68-raff Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 I've heard good things about this free option: http://www.print-conductor.com/ Quote
