Hello!I am trying to make a convex len but I cannot...I made a concave one by intersecting two spheres but i can't imagine how to make the convex one...

Welcome in the forum!

Maybe you could try to SUBTRACT a sphere from a cylinder?

You could "revolve" a half elliptical profile or arcs depending on what shape your looking for.

Here I revolved half an ellipse around the "Y" axis.

You are right, Kencaz. The method I suggested is for creating concave lenses

How about if you Interfere a sphere and cylinder, instead of subtracting?

Try revolve command

Draw the upper half of the convex lense and revolve it over the base axis

I tried it!To my opinion is very useful as in subtracting you lose the solid you subtract while here you can use it...It works like the slice command!

Thanks you all for your replies!!!
