Civil 3d; Edit Corridor cross section text

I have a cross section of a highway coridor. The coridor consists of 2 lanes and a shoulder. Now when i cut my cross sections I have the slope of the corridor labeled. Only problem is that it labels both lanes and the shoulder so i get the same slope label 3 times(one label for each lane and shoulder). I need to find a way to only keep one label.

 

Exploding the label works but isn't ideal because if there are any changes to the corridor then my cross sections wont change.

 

Clicking on each individual label and going to the label properties, and turning the visibility to false also works but i have over 100 cross sections so this will take me for ever.

 

Im wondering if anyone has maybe a lisp that will change the label visibility to false just by clicking on it,Or if there is some sort of civil 3D method to address this problem.

Did anyone have the answer to this question? It is the same problem that I am having in C3D 2009.
