Scales being imported

I am trying to copy over some data from model space from one drawing into another, now when I do it seems to copy over the wacky scales that the original drawing had, how can I prevent this?

Im not sure if there is a way to prevent copying scales from one drawing to another. I really wish there is.

there's only a way to remove it.

 

-SCALELISTEDIT>RESET>YES
