How an electric vehicle works?

Hi all, ive been trying to figure out how the electric vehicle works, i have done fine so far with understanding how the batterys, controller and motor all work but what after that lol?, how does the electric motor make the wheels turn.

Hi ReMark, thanks for the quick reply, yeah i have checked that website and read through it all but it only explains how the batteries, controller and motor are connected to each other... im trying to find out how these make the car actually drive like how they are connected to the axles etc. lol:(
