Is There Any Way To Detach Unreferenced Xref Files?

Use your XREF manager. Type "XR". Select the unreferenced files, right click and select "Detach".

 

Note: If it is an embedded XREF, you will have to go to the file that it is XREF'd into detach it from there.

I am also tired of these ureffered files... although I have purged , detahced all Xrefs , audited etc... but these files do not vanish.
