dreamer Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 Hi I have this ongoing problem - Made few viewports (3d) in paperspace, set scale & locked. Zoom in and out from paperspace is fine, scale in the viewports stay as set until after I double-click inside the viewport to check or alter things and return to paperspace. Now when zooming in from paperspace, subjects inside the viewport keep enlarging (not scale increase) and things go out of space ...zooming out everthing come back to place. This makes doing other task very difficult. Appreciate your help please. Quote
woodworks Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Did anyone ever find an answer? I have viewports locked and while dimensioning model in paperspace I zoom to get a better pick and the models seem to realtime zoom out of viewport. Quote
SLW210 Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Are you maximizing the viewport? Maybe you have a viewport in a viewport and one isn't locked. Are you sure it is locked? Quote
woodworks Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 My paperspace layout has 4 separate viewports all locked. Not maximized. Just doing dimensioning and text in paperspace Quote
SLW210 Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Without seeing what is happening I am out of Ideas related to AutoCAD. Maybe you could post a screenshot or 2? Quote
woodworks Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 In zoomed extents dimensions are in correct position. Then zoomed closer model displaces and all paperspace text and dimensions seem to be misplaced. I had no problem yesterday and now I'm just trying to finish up and you can see what's happening. Quote
woodworks Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 Yesterday zoom wouldn't work properly today is back to working fine. Does this sound like an autocad bug or possibly computer? Usng older amd sempron 22.0ghz, 2gb ram, nividia gforce 6200. Might explain some problems. Quote
