Mouse scroll button pan not working

From today suddenly scroll button pan command change to Osnap shortcut menu, Please tel me any one know how to change this setting?

I can only guess that you've recently run a lisp (or 3rd party app) that doesn't have adequate error control.

If you add this to your acaddoc.lsp file, it will set it each time you open a dwg.

(setvar "mbuttonpan" 1)
