Writing on hatch

How can I make "a hole" through hatch area?

In model room it should look like this:

Not like this:

On paper it should look like this:

If you do the text first, and place it in the correct position and then do the hatch, the hatch will leave an area for the text.

But what if I want to place my text on lines? How can I make circle or square that will print white and which I could write into? I'm looking for command like "wipeout", but with that I can't write my text.

use MTEXT, and enable Background Mask. Don't know if you can make it circular though.

If you don't want to use a hatch with island detection then Mtext Back ground mask, Wipeout or a solid hatch are your options.
