Has anyone sent a 3d model to any of the many places now doing 3d printing?

 

Looks like a great way to bring a prototype to life but I am more interested in prices and quality of the product?

 

Think I will post a model to one of them just to see what it costs:wink:

It really depends on the printing method and the materials used...

 

Some of them will do online quotes based only on the material volume and envelope sie of the model you upload
