Export Bearings & Distances, Lat & Lon on 3D polyline

I have a 3D polyline (for a 16 mile pipeline project) with 500+ PIs.

I am trying to create a table showing Point Numbers, Bearings & Distances, Lat & Lon. I've already exported X,Y,Z.

 

Please show me how to export Bearings, Distances, Lat & Lon. I am using LDD 2008 & Civil 3D 2008.

I am pretty sure if you make it an Alignment then you can create a table detailing that alignment.

 

"Alignments" "Add tables" "Add segments" dont use this but gives various details length radius bearing etc
