MarcoW Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Hello Fixo, You have inspired me big time, these routines are a great help in a long search. The big advantages I see: the batch of a complete map (suits me 100%), the fact it only collects 1 block (100% too), it puts it in excel (an autocad table would work for me but excel is also good: it might be better even), the routine "the other way arond", so it puts back the info out of excel into acad. There are a few things that are possible I know for shure but I can't find the right lines to modify (did try but hopeless)... and I know I should mind both files because it works both ways acad excel. 1. Excel file contains too much collumns: Drawing Name + Layoutname + Handle + Block Name I'd like them not to appear: I have no use for that. But I guess the program needs them ... Can we manage to "hide" those collumns, A + B + C + D ? 2. Not all atributes need to be extracted. If collums can be hidden in excel it can be done that way... How to if not. Or can we make a list out of the attributes needed? 3. Can the rows be sorted in ascending way Thats for now... meanwhile I am trying to get there as well. Thank you for your help.. Quote
