Inventor 2010 closes just after opening

I have been having an extreme issue with Inventor 2010 closing just after I open a new session. After 10-20 tries, I will eventually get a session to open so I can start my day. I try several reboots, I have downloaded the latest service paks, and even reinstalled everything. I am at a complete lost as to what to try next.

Did you use the Autodesk clean uninstall and Windows Installer Clean up before re-install?

 

Did you Stop and anti-virus services before re-install?

 

Did you turn off UAC if using Vista OS?

 

Does your graphics card/driver meet minimum system requirements?

 

If you get it going again does it help if you go to Tools>Application Options>Hardware tab and set on lowest setting?

Check the autodesk site for any service pack updates that might be available for inventor 2010. I know i had similar problems when running 08 on vista 64 and i had to install inventor service pack 1,2 & 3 before it worked without crashing.
