dboy413
for some reason when i click plot preview all the layers show up in color and they are printing in color, even though i have created a ctb. file for b&w printing. PLEASE HELP!!!!
azzro10
have u set the colours of your layers to standard autocad colours eg 1-255 or are they true colours (have 3 numbers like 234,85,18) if they are true colours then they will plot as they are, the ctb file will have no effect
Dipali
It happens if you use any colors other than index colors i.e 255 ACI colors, a true color, or a color book color.

Cad64
What was the solution? Just because you figured it out on your own doesn't mean that this thread should go unanswered. It might help someone else with a similar problem.
dboy413
i went into plot style manager and change all the layers that i was using to black on the first pull down bar that way they would show up in the print preview as black.
