Wire Tic Lisp

Im looking for a lisp that pretty much calls up the arc-aligned text command in express:

 

1. For the text I want it to ask if I want One ( For one /), two ( For two //), three ( For three ///), and this up to 10. ( The / will be what goes in the text box).

 

2. The alignment needsto be Centered.

 

3. Text Height needs to be 10

 

4. Width factor needs to be .8

 

5. Arcoffset needs to be -5. ( Everything but this can be done just by the command arcalignedtext in cad, but the -5 centers the tic marks for me and the only way I can do this in cad is to make it with a 0 arcoffset and change it in the properties. (Which is to much work.)
