Coordinates issue

So I now have a big problem and no idea if it can be fixed easily.

 

Created plans using LDD 2008 from a surveyed base plan that was supposed to be set to UTM coordinates.

 

Drawing all done, alignment, plan profiles, surfaces, etc. Now have to submit to municipality but they require them to be in UTM coordinate system.

 

Dumb me being behind and in a rush forgot to check to ensure they base drawing was in UTM coordinates before I started.

 

Can the drawing coordinates be reset to the proper UTM coordinates without messing up all the alignments, pipeworks, profiles, etc, or am I going to have to do this all over again?
