-= keith =- Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 Hello. i am wishing to have white text on a grey background. i am experiencing a problem where the text shows up black (no major problem as white shows up black on a white background. however there is a permanent white [text] box around the (black) text. i have solid hatched the grey area can you please tell me how to get rid of this regards. NBC Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 Change the colour of the text to be True Color 255,255,255 (RGB). And remove the textmask/wipeout from the text itself. ReMark Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 For those of you who are running a full version of AutoCAD here's another "clunky" way to get the same affect. Use Express Tools Explode Text. The difference between the upper and lower right hand images is the removal of the exploded text. Hey! I said it was clunky.
