GATTE 2 (Global Attribute Edit with Layout Select)

A great little program that works well.

Highly recommended to users of multiple sheets with attributed title blocks & revision/issue blocks. Truly saves heaps of time & monotony.

Thanks heaps,

I would like to use gatte2 V1 on command line (in a script) but it asks to select object.

Could it have enter block name option like the original gatte?

It would be useful for filling out atts that do not have values yet (which you cannot select)

Also the G2N didn't load in my 2012:

Cannot load assembly. Error details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not

load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Users\MN11706\Documents\Lisp\GATTE2.dll' or

Dug this back up and used the .net version. Very nice - save me a bit of tab switching and work. Thank you.

Code bashing time:

I noticed that the layouts don't show up in the list in the correct tab order. (see attached)

Comment/suggestion:

Display the original string of the selected attribute in one of the fields. That way the user has the option to edit and apply to all selected layouts - another shortcoming of gatte, IMO.

Seriously, you saved me some headache, and I thank you.

Hi, GATTE 2 with the number incrementer doesn't seem to work is gives me a error saying "command only valid in model space".

I'm using AutoCad 2016 and for some reason it just does not work on AutoCad.
