arliejan
Hi, I am new to this forum, have searched for answer but found nothing. Can someone tell me how to get my small viewport that I put into paper space to print? It shows in preview. I have an xref for title block and the original viewport for the main view. Am using v2004. Must be something to activate or tweak that I've forgotten - been awhile. thanks, arliejan ps need to mention that I had put a small VP inside the main VP - is that not possible? (As a workaround I have created a polygon VP for my main view and left the small VP on the corner, so that is equiv of 2 VP side by side.) Still want to know how to put one VP inside another...? HAD
Hi, Putting a small viewport inside a larger viewport is fine. The contents will overlap, though so your solution with a polygonal viewport is usually better. I can't help you out with the contents not plotting as I am having the same problem. The contents that are not plotting are drawn in paper space or xref'd in? If they're xref'd in make sure the xref isn't on a no plot layer. Some drafters in the office I work in love to do that.
