Any ideas on how to fix this? The PC3 file is set to 24x36 and we're using a 36" roll. AutoCAD 2010 with layouts set at 24x36 with nothing outside the sheet boundary.

That looks like what I need, but I don't seem to have that option anywhere in the properties. I installed the latest driver (v6.0, and it doesn't have that check box either. Grr...

I'm using the driver v6.11 and the option is there.

Are you sure you're looking in the right place?

Where did you get v6.11? I just downloaded v6.08 from the HP site. Odd.

It appears that you're running Vista...I'm on XP, and I know they have different drivers for the two.

Did you try digging around in the "Advanced Paper Settings" in that dialogue box? I don't really know what else to suggest..../shrug

Perhaps you could try to locate an older version of the driver and see if that works?

Come to think of it, you might need to enable small margins on the plotter's display itself before it will show up in the driver....it's been so long since I've worried about this that I don't remember.

Try going to the "Paper Menu"->Page Format->Small Margins=ON. Then see if it shows up in the driver.

Just a side note, at least in my driver version small margins will only work if you select certain paper sources...if I remember I have to choose "HP Bright White Roll" or something to that effect.

We're running XP. I downloaded v6.21, but it only works with firmware A.02.08 and higher. I downloaded the latest firmware, but the installer isn't seeing the plotter. Unfortunately, our IT guy is on vacation.
