CADMASTER1128 Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 You can adjust the snap by hitting F5, that will switch the orientation of the circle being drawn.... Quote

SEANT Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Isometric circles can be generated through Ellipse-Isocircles. Command: _ellipse Specify axis endpoint of ellipse or [Arc/Center/Isocircle]: I Specify center of isocircle: Specify radius of isocircle or [Diameter]: Quote
Shibuboss Posted August 23, 2009 Author Posted August 23, 2009 Hi SEANT, Thanks a lot. Regards______ Quote

This drawing is a year old I completely forgot that I used and ellipse! -Steven Quote
SEANT Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 It is a bit unintuitive that AutoDesk only included that sub-option with the Ellipse command. I understand why it's referenced with ellipse, but they could have included that feature in the Circle sub-options as well. Quote
CADMASTER1128 Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I haven't had to use it yet, but I would assume that Autodesk would keep the ellipse sub-options like in 2004... correct? Quote

Not 100% sure but I THINK that 2004's ellipses have the same sub-menu - as havent used it for a while i can't quite remember Quote

skipsophrenic Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 I'd say that's a safe assumption, as it was same from 2006 - 2010 that i can recall Quote
CADMASTER1128 Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Making mental note to use ellipse when needing an isometric circle. Quote
