If so then you can take a print screen of the blueprint, save it as a .jpg (or something else) and the "insert image" in a sketch and draw over the top of it. Now, other than that if you can answer the questions posited to you in the other threads you started, we can help you further. What format is the blueprint in? Is it a hardcopy print? Is it a .pdf?
