I need the shape only (2D), I don't need a 3D egg. Anyone? thanks!

is this a trick question? im not sure if there's a direct way of doing it in one command but you could draw a circle and an ellipse then some do some trimming to get that shape

Simple...just use the EGG command!:wink:

 

Despite ReMark's link (obviously created by someone who had the same question before...or entirely too much time to spare), the egg is a difficult item to draw!

 

I did manage to draw a helluva pear however!

...but seriously, like Nocturne said, I think the ellipse command would be the best way. I don't see any quick and easy way.

 

Attached is my attempt if you want to use / modify it.

and I would fill it with 2 colours hatching to look more 3d on 2d :)
