Link Ltscale to layout name?

For v2006, can anyone tell me if it is possible to link a specific LT scale to a layout name?

 

For instance, If I was to switch to: MyLayout3, could I set it up so that MyLayout3 was always set to a 0.5 LT Scale?

I was initially thinking of PSLTSCALE, but I think this applies to all Layouts. :(
