VBA, dsd, and Collate

Alright, so I am trying to create my own dsd file, though a VBA program (VBA.dsd). I also create a dsd file by saving a list of files in Publish (SaveAs.dsd).

 

Both dsd files are understood by AutoCAD; but only the SaveAs.dsd will collate.

 

Is there something in the dsd file that is suppose to point to the PUBLISHCOLLATE variable?

 

I used the code found here as a template for all this.
