Proxy Information dialog box displayed

I'm using AutoCAD LT 2002. My drawings always insist on displaying the Proxy Information dialog box at startup. I don't need it. How can I disable that?

Not sure about 2002 LT but in 2008, I go to OPTIONS, then OPEN and SAVE tab. At the bottom right is a checkbox (under Object ARX Applications) called "Show Proxy Information dialog box". I'd simply uncheck it.

Well, my bottom right corner is empty, so maybe that option isn't available in 2002 LT. I used to use version 2000 Full. That had that capability, so I thought surely it should be somewhere in the 02 LT. But anyway.... Thanks

If you will search on here for FULL vs LT, you should be able to find some info on what is missing from LT.

I'm using AutoCAD 2010 LT. That option also doesn't show up in the open save tab. However, setting the variable "PROXYNOTICE" to "0" seems to work.
