kc27315 Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 In Civil 3d 2009, when I hover the cursor over a surface, the elevation at that point was displayed. Now that I'm using 2010, If I'm hovering not only over a surface, but also over, say, a line, the properties (such as layer) of the line are shown instead of the elevation of the surface. Is there a way to make 2010 display just the surface elevations and alignment station/offset like it did in 2009? Thanks, kc If my difficulty is not clear, please let me know so I can try to rephrase it or something. Quote
sinc Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 Try setting ROLLOVERTIPS to 0. Just beware that this will also turn off the ROLLOVERTIPS for C3D Cogo Points, and it appears that the C3D Tooltip for Cogo Points is broken in 2010. In other words, when you set ROLLOVERTIPS to 0, you won't see any tooltips for Cogo Points. Quote
kc27315 Posted June 16, 2009 Author Posted June 16, 2009 Thanks so much! "ROLLOVERTIPS" is exactly what I needed to know. kc. Quote
