FTC Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 Hello, Can somebody tell me how to fix this error? Thanks Quote
FTC Posted May 27, 2009 Author Posted May 27, 2009 Well, the error doesn’t happen with every drawing (we just change to LDD 2009), but when it happen it is as simple as try to draw a line or move or make a circle. For example I just triad to draw a line and this was the result: Command: Command: l LINE Specify first point: ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! ERROR: Could not draw text! Then when I move the mouse the error keeps going until I click anywhere then I can draw the rest of the line. I been up to date whit the patches, the last one I installed was the version 2.1 Thank you Quote
Tiger Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 http://discussion.autodesk.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=339718 Check that out and see if something there will help - otherwise I found someone that says a Repair is the way to go. Quote
FTC Posted May 27, 2009 Author Posted May 27, 2009 Thanks for the sopport. Tiger, I checked the link, but I didn't find a solution. I'm not using any text when its happen. What is ABS? Quote
FTC Posted May 29, 2009 Author Posted May 29, 2009 Helo Fellas, I bandaged the problem with a not too elegant solution, but works. what I did was I isolated a group of layer and one by one, every time I checked if the error occours, until I found out that the AECC_CONTTOURS were the problem. I explode them (they became only polilynes with elevation) and that stop the error to happen. Now, can somebody tell me how to solve this new problem? I check in the office with other computers and seens that not all the computer experience the same problem. I don't know if is the setting (or something) in my computer or those others that also have the problem, what is trigering the error. Quote
FTC Posted May 29, 2009 Author Posted May 29, 2009 I just found out that the problem occurs with AEC_CONTOURS that were created with previous versions of LDD than LDD 2009, because I create contours with LDD 2009 and I didn’t have the problem anymore. I still don’t know why. Can someone tell me how to update the AEC_CONTOURS from previous versions to 2009? Thanks Quote
FTC Posted June 11, 2009 Author Posted June 11, 2009 I found another element that trigers the error, when I set the AEC_point marker to be none. Does anybody have experience this? thanks Quote
