How comes i become automatically subscribed to threads when i reply to them and then it spanks my email silly? :geek:

 

Any way i can turn this off permanently? :?

Control Panel > Edit Options > Messaging & Notification > Default Thread Subscription Mode > Set it to "No email notification"
