I've been trying to understand if it's legal & possible to sell 6 AutoCAD 2019 standalone perpetual licenses for hours now and getting virtually nowhere. I provided IT support for a small engineering firm in Canada that's shutting down as one of the owners passed away and have been tasked with selling off any computer related assets. Information on perpetual licenses on Autodesk's site seems to be well hidden, and elsewhere, I'm finding a lot of conflicting information. I saw a thread (I think it was on this forum) a few hours ago regarding EU regulations that I wanted to come back to, but darned if I can find it again. If anyone can point me towards accurate information for Canada, it would be most appreciated. Also if it's possible, what's a fair price?

Hello, I am having issues with the timeoutall function in my opt file. Does anyone know if the location of the setting within the opt file has an effect? I am ending up with users exceeding 40-50 hours... thanks for any help or tips. regards, phil

I am trying to export my AutoCAD MEP 2013 license from one computer to another but once I start the License Transfer Utility I get this message: Your online activation request has returned an error (800c0005) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems. Immediately after clicking sign in on the first screen. I saw somewhere else to try setting IE as my default browser but that did not work either. I have a DELL Latitude laptop running Windows 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Attached should be a print out of my error page.

I suspect I'm not going to give adequate information so please feel free to ask for more. 1. I have an existing Autocad LT installation 2010 2. It's on a failing xp workstation 3. I'd like to move the floating license to a more stable box 4. We don't have an active subscription 5. I have no idea how to do this. ((per #4)) so some hints would be most appreciated.

I have 4 workstations with borrowed C3D licenses. Last weekend our computer network was upgraded with a new server and a new domain. The workstations now can not access C3D! The borrowed licenses were not returned to the server before the workstation profiles were updatedl; how can I move the borrowed licenses from the old profiles to the new profiles? Or can I access the old profile licenses? These workstations can not connect to the license server at this time.
