I've been searching for an answer to my problem for the past couple hours now to no avail. I hope someone here is able to help me with this. Thanks in advance. I'm using AutoCAD Civil3D 2014 and I'm trying to create labels, but the labels are not being created. It doesn't matter on the type of label I'm trying to make or label style; there is no label type or style that is working. I've checked layers to make sure both my current layer and my style layers are turned on, thawed, and unlocked. Label style and label component visibility is set to display. I've tried creating the labels, then doing a quick select to select only labels, but there is always 0 items selected when trying this, which makes me think the labels aren't being created to begin with. I believe this problem to be file specific, as it is only affecting two files. I've successfully made labels in other files after discovering the problem with these two files. Is there some type of setting that prevents labels from being created? Some other setting that may affect this?

Hey guys, I was trying to rotate the text in the label by 180 degree. When I changed the rotation angle of the label from 0 to 180, the label just changed its location and the direction of the text didn't change at all. Anybody knows how to do it? Many many thanks.

Hello! I have a job where a geotechnical investigation has been made and now i want some of the information around soil composition and stuff like cutting slope and more to become text in label bands below my profile view. I want to lock this text to certain manually added intervals/sections with ticks at start and end sections. I this possible or do I have to manually add mtext and lines in an empty Label band row? I´d be very thankful for any help in this matter!

OK this is driving me nuts. It appears that importing points from file I get some default groups (tree, STA and Storm Sewer Manhole)... and they get assigned to default layers (V-CTRL-HCPT and V-CTRL-TREE... I believe). These I see show up as Description Keys. How the heck to I get these points unassociated with these default groups? I deleted the Desc Keys, I deleted the layers... a reassigned point styles... now when I change the priority order of the point groups in Prospector, with "All-Points" have an invisible Label/Point style, and put Stations on top so they are the only points that should appear... I still have all the trees (along with the Stations) showing! What am I missing? Anybody?? Thanks
