So, I am drafting a picture of a rounded edge, and when i look at it from the top i cant see a rounded edge. i can only see a rectangle. But should i place a center line in this rectangle where the center of the rounded edge would be. (where the center of the rounded edge would be is where you would place the compass to draw the quarter circle) thanks.

In your opinion is ITT Tech Drafting and Design worth anything??

I have my GI Bill that I can use at ITT Tech. Would the Design and Drafting course be worth anything? I am currently in the Civil Field and want to get much more proficient at it. Please, I need some advice. :-) -
Hello, I'm new to Cadtutor and would like to thank everyone in advance for any help they give me. I started using Inventor Pro 2013 a few weeks ago and I love being able model all my ideas. In doing so, I began to wonder what career path I could have with Inventor having no degree? I have a family and I am currently in the military, so i have a couple years to learn and research this path. College is not in my foreseable future but I would take some form of training and maybe even go for a certification by Autodesk. What if any are your thoughts.

Streching vertices of one polyline grabbing other polylines as well

I have two polylines. Segments of one polyline are directly on top of segments of the other polyline. When I grab one of the polylines to stretch the vertices, it grabs the vertices of the polyline underneath. Any idea why this is happening? -

Hi All, does anyone know from where I can find drafting standards? I mean handy books or codes about how to: 1- name layers 2- define linetype scales 3- select colors for objects 4- define lineweights for objects 5- define plot styles 6- ... Thanks in advance Mehrdad
