How to adjust this dim text Autocad 2014

Not really a huge deal, but i am just curious to know, how can i adjust the 1.750 dim text to flip to something to look like the green text with the arrow turn to the right side? i right click but can't find the option, the green dim is just an example that i exploded and mirror it. Please suggest. thanks

Permanent dim and text styles

Is there a way to permanently save dim and text styles in autocad without going to another drawing template and loading it or putting it in the default drawing template. is there a place add and to store the dimension and text to a dim dex file so it always opens up in autocad.
