How can i make a ITM have a command
AutoCAD Gaming posted a topic in The CUI, Hatches, Linetypes, Scripts & Macros
I am a pipe drafter using FabMEP15 when I need a fitting we have ITM button Menu where I can use my mouse to select the fitting ITM that I need. Instead of selecting the Fitting itm icon with my mouse I would love to instead type a command that would select the itm instead is this possible? I don't care how long the command is, because I would make the command into a macro using my gaming mouse. -
Hi all, I'd like to share a program I wrote to give me quick access to AutoCAD commands and their defininitions. It's a great learning tool and excellent for when you KNOW a command exists but just can't quite find it. It's got a quick search box and also allows you to run commands by double-clicking them. Best of all - it's free! :smileyhappy: You are welcome to download it from here: https://sites.google.com/site/wjasonhudson/my-projects

Acet- functions family... help me & help files
danie7LT posted a topic in AutoLISP, Visual LISP & DCL
Hi every one, For days I looked on the internet from detailed info to mere description of all the ACET-..... functions given by the express tools. I found a great excel file listing all of them (I think - see attached file: ACET-FUNCTIONS.xls) But nothing really tangible regarding how to use them... I've looked @ all the *.chm files from autocad I have in my system but nothing came up (one small express tool chm file on the tools shown in the ribbons nothing more). So if someone can enlighten me I will be very thankful NB: I'm on Autocad 2012.- 6 replies

AutoCad commands and their arguments in AutoLisp
teknomatika posted a topic in AutoLISP, Visual LISP & DCL
One of the difficulties (due to being a beginner) that I have in the preparation of my simple routines, is the ignorance of the arguments associated with each command of AutoCad. For example: (command "line" pnt1 pnt1). Of course, if the "command line" do not have this difficulty, but unknown to many others. Can someone provide this list, or know for a location where I can get this information? It would be a good help. -
Hello the list that normally droped down when I started typing a command has gone from a newer verson I installed? anyone know were I go to get it back? It's been a while since I used cad and I've forggoten so much that it would be very helpful to get the drop down when I type "f" for instance the list would show up by my mouse with Fillet and of commands starting with the letter f. thank you J Maison

I want to draw many circles with "3P" options. Every time I have to hit the space bar for repetition and select the option. A couple of weeks a go I read a post here in CT which taught how to automate this part of commands. I don't know how to find it. Will be happy if somebody guide me how to find it
