If the cross section ends up more than 400 wide then you will have to change scale. Say 1:500. But you may not change vertical scale, you can make the cross section a block change the Y scale explode it and reset the text to stop the vertical exaggeration. If you want the cross section across multi sheets then use layouts with the cross section in model, and use viewports.1 point
