  3. Yes, Civil Engineers work in decimal units. The easiest thing to do would be to open a new drawing with units set to architectural and then xref the Civil's file with a scale factor of 12. Then you will be able to draw and dimension as you normally would.

  4. Beaten to it AGAIN The attached lisp will report the rectangles from top left to bottom right, and the circles within the rectangles from top left to bottom right.
