If you open a 2017 or earlier drawing in 2019, you get a clear warning of what the result will be. Someone ignored this warning. 1. Go back to the last 2013 DWG version of the drawing(s) 2. Upgrade to 2019 3. If the AEC objects in the drawing are limited to what can be translated via LandXML, you can export those objects from 2019 (surface, points, etc.) to LandXML, and then open the drawing in 2017, erase the now proxy objects, and import them back using the LandXML file.
