L - line

C - circle

 

Routine finds all CIRCLES that touches or passes (point) as tangent curves to combination of (C - circle; L - line; P - point)

Very good the circle maths can be very complex. One suggestion would be to do the osnaps so correct for next step. 

 

Maybe use a 4x3.dcl  of the images so can pick which option rather than just defun name.
